The Competition was accompanied by: Miyazawa flutes and flute head joints exhibition organized by Markus Vorreiter from Germany; Bärenreiter Verlag exhibition; “Polskie Wydawnictw Muzyczne” publishing house exhibition; – exhibition-presentation of the Woodwind Instruments Service of Piotr Śmietana from Katowice. During the Competition the International Flute Forum took place. Members of the jury, the competition participants, students and teachers discussed the standard and methods of flute playing and teaching in Poland and abroad and talked about flute literature and related publications.
